(More customer reviews)I rated this outfit only 3 stars because of the low neck line. This is for a 7 month old the neck line is a deep cut v neck and shows her chest area. i had to put an under shirt on her. I am upset because the dress could have easily been sown so it would not be so open in the front without needing an under shirt. It is very hot out and she does not need on another article of clothing.
