(More customer reviews)I Bought this hat because light and other visual distractions often keep my four-month-old from settling down and taking a nap. I thought this would be the perfect solution because it would shield baby's eyes (sort of like a sleep mask) without the possibility that it could slip down over nose and mouth. Well...it doesn't slip down, but the hat is sort of bell shaped and has a very loose hem, so even with the eye flap down, it allows a lot of light in and does very little to keep busy eyes from wandering around. It's also made using two layers of jersey knit fabric that will not work for warmer months.
I wanted to love it. Maybe with a few design revisions, I could.
