(More customer reviews)This hat is brightly colored and fully adjustable Because of the light elastic in back and a cord toggle. My son's head and eyes are well covered. I haven't been able to really test the SPF claim because of the changing seasons, but the brim and drapes create a good shade canopy. Max diameter is about 5.5" with the elastic stretched for newborn size.
